Text from description: Widely known for his laminated acrylic sculpture, Yugoslavian-born Californian, Vasa, is also a painter. This work contains subtle vertical columns of slightly varying shades of green, like highly magnified blades of grass. Vasa joined the UCLA Department of Design and Media Arts in 1967 and taught until his retirement in 2011.
